How I’m Learning Again

I spent 7 years studying to become someone, a professional, to have a career, to have a title.

I spent 7 years straying from myself, unlearning everything I was, everything I am.

Now I’m learning again. No textbooks, no assessments, no right or wrong, just me and my words.

  1. Learning and sharing ideas and creations with interested others is such a big part of blogging. It attracts likes and comments from writers, photographers, nature-lovers, foodies, enthusiasts of all kinds from all over the world. I guess we unlearn or maybe re-learn who we can be in this way. Thanks for your voice in the conversation !

    1. Absolutely. In my short time blogging, I’ve come across a wonderful community of like minded, supportive individuals. As they share their ideas and thoughts, they assist in my unlearning/learning 🙂 Thank you for sharing yours!

  2. I find this interesting because after learning so much about myself it is a desire to study again a different subject to become a professional but also feel this will be losing my original, authentic self. Is it possible to be an authentic, loving, sensitive professional?

    1. I think it’s certainly possible to be all of the above Kizzy. I imagine you will know if you start to stray from the original and authentic self you’ve learned. I feel that knowing is what sustains authenticity. I think further study will allow you to blossom into an authentic, loving, sensitive professional 🙂

      1. Thank you for your response. I’m happy to see others also thinking about similar things in life, especially because on a daily basis deep conversations are close to non-existent

  3. Love this! I am in this same place! I am reigniting my passion and my purpose! No longer feeding into the opinions of what others say I should do… Should be! I will be me!

And thanks for the support on my blog post 😊😊
